Sr. Analyst, Provisioning Operations

We prioritize diversity, inclusion, and continuous growth and learning within our organization. ​ Job responsibilities will include: · Team up with subject matter experts (SME's) to learn about our organization's processes and systems, specifically in the areas of provisioning enterprise products · Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings (GTMs) by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating necessary changes · Manage contractor resources, assigning GTM based on experience and balancing workload across the team · Lead and participate in large cross functional teams, driving the conversation around provisioning impact · In partnership with multiple internal operations teams, engineering and product management, maintain backlog of new GTMs, support release timelines, drive testing efforts, and deliver knowledge transfer · Aid the provisioning team, addressing customer concerns and tapping into expertise to investigate product specific challenges · Be a champion of scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and organizational change · Crafts and maintains documentation crucial to performing the role.
