As a Sr Adv Supplier Quality Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team to ensure supplier quality, drive performance improvement, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Norcross GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a Sr Adv Supplier Quality Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of quality engineers to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. You will be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing the day-to-day activities of your team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting supplier audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. ### Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywells quality standards - Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement - Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence - Evaluate supplier capabilities based on Honeywells quality requirements and industry standards - Monitor supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to help them meet Honeywells quality requirements - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive supplier performance improvement and resolve quality issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and partnership ### Qualifications **YOU MUST HAVE** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics - 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role - Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies **WE VALUE** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Master's degree in Engineering or a related field - Experience in leading supplier performance improvement initiatives - Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies - Knowledge of industry quality standards and requirements ## ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIES Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
