TITLE: Electric Technician SR 1 POSITION OBJECTIVE: To support the senior electrician and supervisor in operation of plant. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree or Technical school certification in electronics, instrumentation, electrical or similar field of study. Support senior electrical technician and maintenance supervisor. Oversee line installation and maintenance for plant equipment. Install, troubleshoot and repair DC and AC drive systems. Install, troubleshoot PLC system and repair them. Install, troubleshoot and repair temperature and tension systems. Install, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems from main power to computer level. Coordinate and complete PM’s and work order. Develop PM procedures. Help train other electrical technicians. Responsible for repair of major breakdowns. On call. Keep up with time and paperwork. Housekeeping. Assist other maintenance personnel as needed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
