Spraying Associate - Day Shift

The Spraying Associate is responsible for mixing paints, applying primers and finish coatings, and monitoring painted surfaces to ensure consistent quality standards throughout the finishing process. This role supports production operations by delivering accurate color matching, high-quality finishes, and timely completion of assigned work. Success in this role requires attention to detail, consistency, safe handling of materials and equipment, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as business requires).
