# Perma-Seal is hiring an experienced **Spray Foam Crew Chief** to lead and work alongside a residential insulation crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in spray foam and blown-in insulation who can lead a team, manage job sites, and ensure high-quality installations.
