In this exciting role, you’ll prepare delicious dishes, maintain a spotless workstation, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our valued members.This is a full-time, fully on-site position. What You’ll Do Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare food products consistently according to our established recipes, showcasing your culinary creativity. Mise en Place Mastery: Set up your station and prep daily ingredients like a pro—organization is key! Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace that meets health department regulations. Safety First: Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or injuries. Your safety and the safety of your team matter. Promote Excellence: Embrace our MAC code of conduct, delivering top-notch service to every member. Other Fun Tasks: Be ready to take on various duties as assigned, keeping your day exciting! What You Bring Experience: One year of experience as a line cook or in a similar position; a culinary arts degree is a plus. Certifications: A valid food-handler’s permit. Reliable Attendance: We need your commitment—regular and predictable attendance is essential. Kitchen Skills: Culinary techniques, knife handling, and sanitation. Equipment Savvy: Proficient in using all kitchen equipment and a keen understanding of sanitation practices. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork. Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships with your coworkers. Physical Requirements: Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, standing for long shifts 100% of the time in high temperature environments and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
