The Sport Coach – Swim Team (Westy Waves) position is a coach for the non-competitive swimming team representing the City of Westminster and the CARA program. Position requires working evenings for practices in the Fall and Winter/Spring and mornings for practices in the Summer. Occasional weekend availability is needed for swim meets. This position requires the ability to travel to work and other pools outside of the city as needed. Recreation staff have the primary responsibility of ensuring the safety of program participants. The full salary range for this position is stated above. The starting range of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience of each individual candidate. This position is a non-benefited, hourly position and the hours available to work are determined by one or more of the following factors: program length, weather, and budget.
