**SUMMARY:** Responsible for packing and assembling a quality product in an efficient manner for production by performing the following duties **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Places loose or packaged materials or ingredients on scales and add or remove portions of material to obtain specified weight - Reads formula book to determine types and quantities of materials to weight - Follows all schedules and tasks that concern job quality - Maintains perpetual inventory of materials on hand using the AX system - Transfers weighed materials to production or storage areas - Other duties as assigned - Must maintain and comply with all HAACP, OSHA, USDA, SSOP, and GMP requirements - Be willing to be cross trained within department to cover responsibilities if required
