You'll work with individuals with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.** You'll foster each child's **speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs** through: - Providing **individualized therapy** - Implementing therapeutic approaches such as **Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and** **Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)** - **Collaborating daily** with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers - Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care **Compensation & Benefits** - **Competitive Salary: $65,000-85,000** - **Comprehensive Health Coverage** (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance - **Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)** - **Competitive Paid Time Off** and holiday allowances - **Generous 401k Retirement Plan** with employer contributions #### **Schedule & Location** - **Schedule**: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm - **Location**: 1409 W.
