Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.** **2. Pay Per Visit (PPV)** - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position **$50-$76/hour**, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week. **CCC-SLP with 1 year of Pediatric Experience** (can be during your CFY or Graduate internships) **MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist** (see requirements below) **Schedule:** Flexible on times and days but 3pm or later is greatest need *At Cole Health, we value adaptability and innovation in healthcare.
