Speech Language Pathologist Lead

Your days will be filled with meaning and purpose. **MeBe is seeking a Lead Speech Pathologist** to provide both clinical leadership and high-quality speech-language services within a collaborative, play-based environment. This role balances a clinical caseload with on-site leadership responsibilities, supporting and mentoring Speech-Language Pathologists while ensuring strong clinical standards, efficient scheduling, and consistent program quality. Making a positive impact is what drives you - You value **individuality** and find yourself gravitating towards people with other interests who think outside the box, and push the status quo. **About What You’ll Work On** - Management of a clinical caseload of 30 billable hours and Lead SLP administrative duties of 10 hours per week on site - Responsible for community marketing efforts, including presentations, marketing drop offs to PCP offices, and MeBe clinical presentation coordination - Ensure SLPs onsite are supported clinically - Motivates employee performance and addresses performance issues as needed after discussing with the clinical director - Manage oversight of SLP scheduling to ensure adequate administration times, adequate evaluations and available billable hours of each SLP - Responsible for weekly audit of SLP assessments and materials onsite (checking levels and needed orders) - Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, as well as parent education - Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors - Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals - Act as point person onsite for consultations (including scheduling with providers and other necessary parties) **Qualifications and Skills Required:** - Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure required - Experience of 5+ years in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities - Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor - Timely, organized, dependable - Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals **Benefits:** - Industry benchmarked, competitive pay: $88,500 - 113,500 depending on experience. - 27 paid days off - Medical, Vision, Dental- Anthem Insurance; 80% Employee, 50% Dependents - Life, AD&D, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance - Invest in your mental health with access to free mental health sessions - Protect your pet with discounted pet insurance - Secure your future with our 401k program - Monthly CEU Trainings and CEU reimbursement - Tuition discounts available to all employees through our University Partnerships - Expansive treatment spaces - Options for positions in variety of setting…
