Maintain accurate clinical notes and participate in discharge planning using the company's electronic medical record system. Attend in-services, case conferences, and meetings to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain clinical competency in speech-language pathology practices. May supervise home health aides related to the speech-language therapy plan of care. Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP). Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the state or fulfilling requirements if the state does not license SLPs. Minimum of one (1) year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
