Develop tailored treatment programs for children with speech and language deficiencies, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide guidance and support to educational staff, helping them integrate strategies for enhancing students' communication skills within the classroom environment. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred. Strong understanding of diverse communication disorders and their interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual student needs and advancements in the field. Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices.
