Speech Language Pathologist 2500 Bonus

**Pro Rehab**, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a **Speech Language Pathologist**. We are looking for a **Speech Language Pathologist** to float between **Cokato, and Dassel area**! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, **mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile)** and up to a **$2,500 bonus paid out over 18 months**. We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification. **Position Type:** Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position **Wage Range:** $36 - $46 / hour depending on experience. **Bonus: $2,500** **Location:** West Region: Cokato and Dassel **Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:** - **Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders:** Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties. - **Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:** Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient. - **Provide Speech & Language Therapy:** Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities. - **Educate & Support Patients & Families:** Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life. - **Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment:** Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed. - **Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:** Work with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients. **Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:** - Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree. - Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License. - Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but will train - Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained - Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care. - Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices. - Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. - Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required. **Benefits:** - Competitive Pay with experience-based raises - Tuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific) - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer Match - Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time Employees - Employee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family members **About Pro Rehab:** Our philosophy reflects the belief that each individual is a unique and important person.
