We're responsible for turning vast amounts of customer data into clear, actionable audience strategies that power creative development, media planning, and personalized marketing at scale. Position Overview: We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and analytically driven GSR to support our audience strategy and activation efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of audience management—from analyzing raw data for meaningful patterns, to building rich audience profiles, to executing and troubleshooting live audience activations across major ad platforms. You'll work closely with a Manager and cross-functional partners in creative, media, and analytics, making this an excellent opportunity to build both technical and strategic marketing skills. **What you'll do...** Data Analysis and Audience Discovery: - Analyze Customer Data: Query and analyze first-, second-, and third-party data to identify distinct behavioral, demographic, and transactional customer cohorts. - Draft Segmentation Frameworks: Translate raw data findings into structured, logical segmentation proposals and present them to the Manager for strategic review. - Perform Feasibility & Size Checks: Run queries to estimate the volume and viability of proposed segments to ensure they are large enough to support viable media spend. Audience Profile Creation: - Compile Profile Data: Aggregate qualitative and quantitative data points to build a holistic view of target segments. - Draft Audience Profile Decks: Build visual audience profile decks detailing customer demos, media consumption habits, and lifestyle behaviors to guide creative and media planning teams. - Maintain the Audience Catalog: Keep a centralized, up-to-date repository of all active audience profiles, definitions, and performance benchmarks for cross-functional stakeholders.
