This role serves as a strategic learning partner to our global business, consulting with stakeholders, translating performance gaps into impactful learning solutions, and delivering engaging, modern experiences across eLearning, video, and virtual modalities. This role is ideal for a learning professional who is highly skilled in digital content creation, fluent in AI-powered workflows, and passionate about building learning that drives measurable outcomes. Critically, we're looking for someone who doesn't just use AI tools - they build with them, automating and accelerating instructional design processes through agents and workflows of their own creation. Availability for periodic overlap with US business hours is required for cross-functional collaboration with our global team.
