As a **Global Front End Senior Supplier Quality Engineer**, you will be responsible for - Contributing to drive cross commodity and business oriented initiatives to streamline business processes and standards - Capturing of COQ (Cost of Quality) and VR (Vendor Recovery) - Drive a supplier strategy governance to align expectations and capacity on qualification activities serving deflation projects and cost out activities. - Suppliers’ Scorecards - Suppliers’ Capability Matrix - Acting as a specialized escalation resource for critical, cross-plant supplier quality issues, providing flexible, on-demand leadership and applying advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve high-impact supply disruptions - Driving improvement initiatives to top offender suppliers on a global scale to reduce the number of disturbances/nonconformances to BH facilities - Being the project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event Fuel your passion **To be successful in this role you will have:** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (engineering degree as a matter of preference) - At least 8-10 years of experience, thereof minimum of 2-3 additional years of experience covering Quality Roles. (previous expertise in oil & gas/automotive business as a plus). - Fluent English mandatory - Project Management experience - Experience with QA/QC tools and problem-solving techniques. - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time). - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
