**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Title** **Hand Sort Lead** **Department** **Production** **Reports To** **Production Supervisor / Production Manager** **FLSA Status** ☐ Exempt ☒ Non-Exempt **Employment Type** ☒ Full-Time ☐ Part-Time **Position Summary** The Hand Sort Lead is responsible for assisting the Production Manager and Production Supervisor in coordinating processing operations, line speeds, production schedules, lot run times, pre-operational inspections, changeovers, and internal inspections.
