The Sonographer performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings. This includes routine ultrasound exams, as well as specialized procedures as directed. - Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines. - Completes fetal surveys. - Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans. - Evaluates the images for their quality, but also interprets what was captured in the image. - Documents/updates information in patient’s electronic medical record. - Represents clinic in a professional manner. Treats all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner. - Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development activities. - Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values. - Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines. - Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid OB/GYN ARDMS certification. - Minimum of 2 years of recent OBGYN experience. - Experience with 3D-4D scans. - Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment. - Ability to communicate with coworkers, providers and patients in a courteous and effective manner. - Ability to use a computer and enter data in electronic medical record system, eCW a plus. - Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual. **WHY JOIN WOMEN'S CARE?** **We Offer:** - Competitive compensation package - Health, dental, and vision benefits - Paid time off and paid holidays - 401k plan - An opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives every day!
