Who you are: We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users by identifying customer needs, developing customized solutions, and supporting partners in overcoming their unique business challenges. This role plays a fundamental part in driving Geotab's strategies and advancing business objectives across sales channels, customer care, and product management. What you'll do: As a Solutions Engineer, your key area of responsibility will be serving as a Subject Matter Expert on the Geotab ecosystem, empowering partners and end-users to maximize their use of Geotab's technology and solutions. You will be responsible for conducting technical activities ranging from discovery and requirements gathering to delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that create enriching customer engagement experiences. You will also assess and analyze partner and end-user business challenges, propose viable solutions, support partner upskilling, and maintain accurate documentation of all customer and partner engagements. You will need to work closely with revenue-generating teams as a key technical resource, as well as product management teams to surface valuable feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the company's offerings. To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator and problem-solver with a customer-first mindset, capable of articulating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, the successful candidate will have solid business acumen, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a genuine desire to stay current with emerging technologies. How you'll make an impact: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners and enhance their understanding of Geotab solutions. Engage and collaborate with partners and end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology, products, and solutions, tailoring the approach to meet their specific needs.
