Solutions Architect

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients. Especially within the public sector, to architect end-to-end solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure layers Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales and delivery phases Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and cloud teams Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools Drive integration strategies across multiple systems and platforms Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (especially for public sector projects) Support bid responses, proposals, and client presentations where required What You’ll Bring: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to solution architecture Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems) Experience with full-stack development concepts and system integration Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and data architectures Strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization Experience working with public sector clients (highly preferred) Familiarity with government compliance standards and procurement processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting environments Why Join Us Opportunity to work on large-scale, impactful projects Exposure to public sector transformation initiatives Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Career growth into enterprise architecture and leadership roles At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology.
