Solutions Architect | Onsite

**Key Responsibilities** - Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and technology strategies. - Translate business requirements into scalable and secure solution architectures. - Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects. - Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns. - Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints. - Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, reliability, and compliance requirements. - Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture standards. - Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. - Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. - Mentor development teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years as a Solution Architect. - Strong experience designing enterprise-level applications and distributed systems. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and system integration. - Experience with enterprise integration patterns and messaging technologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Technical Skills** - Solution Architecture - Enterprise Architecture - Microservices Architecture - REST APIs & API Management - Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Kubernetes & Docker - CI/CD Pipelines - DevOps Practices - Integration Architecture - Event-Driven Architecture - SQL & NoSQL Databases - Security & Identity Management - Performance Optimization - System Design - Architecture Governance **Preferred Skills** - TOGAF Certification - AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect Certification - Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms - Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Analytics platforms - Experience in digital transformation and cloud modernization initiatives **Preferred Tools** - Azure DevOps - Jira - Confluence - Visio / Lucidchart - GitHub / GitLab - Jenkins - Terraform - Kubernetes - Docker **Soft Skills** - Excellent stakeholder management - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Strategic thinking and decision-making - Collaboration across cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Compensation, Benefits and Duration** Minimum Compensation: USD 72,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 252,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
