You’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, growing while making a real impact. **What you’ll do for us** - Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for business/data requirements. - Ensure business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business models. - Oversee collection and analysis of necessary data from sources like ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, Excel sheets, emails, and others. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected. - Support Project Management and Client Management teams with capability listings, and effort estimates for PMs and CMs to define project scope, timelines, and execute sign- offs with customers. - Serve as a lead and manage the technical design documentation process. - Oversee and review the work of Solution Architects and Consultants to develop the clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets. - Oversee tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems. - Work with internal research and development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment. - Work with client, cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of the project. - Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base. - Track deliverables and ensure sign off from all agreed upon stakeholders. - Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project. - Assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge - Ensure solutions team adheres to o9 methodologies and quality standards. **What you’ll have** - **Experience:** 6+ Years. implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics organization.Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner. - Experience in planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools - Firsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution Implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go- live/cutover and value realization. - Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations - **Education:** Education: Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor Degree with 8 years’ experience required. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration with concentrated coursework and supply chain or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics **Skills:** - Deep knowledge of best practices in supply chain planning & optimization is required - Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes, organization and KPIs is required - Proven ability to collaborate with and drive cross-functional, interdepartmental…
