This role requires strong architectural expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, sales, and customer success teams. - Act as the technical connection point between product development teams and go-to-market functions, translating requirements, feedback, and deployment needs. - Support product launches by ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared with the necessary technical knowledge, documentation, and processes. - Develop internal frameworks, documentation, and tools to improve deployment consistency and operational efficiency. - Partner with field teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex enterprise deployments. - Guide customers through the adoption of data scanning and protection capabilities across cloud-native and hybrid environments. - Create scalable deployment strategies that improve implementation speed and customer outcomes. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving cloud platforms, network configurations, integrations, and data pipelines. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to address critical issues and remove implementation blockers. - Maintain deep technical knowledge of platform architecture, security technologies, and evolving industry practices. - Mentor technical teams by sharing architectural guidance, best practices, and implementation strategies. - Gather customer and field insights to influence product improvements and roadmap decisions. - Stay informed on trends in cloud security, data protection, enterprise architecture, and related technologies. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a technically experienced architect with a strong background in cloud platforms, security solutions, and enterprise implementations. You should be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders while managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles. - Experience working with data security, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions. - Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience securing cloud workloads, services, and enterprise infrastructure. - Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data, including the ability to analyze datasets and write or optimize queries. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Experience working in high-growth, st…
