Soldering Technician at Costa Mesa Based Lighting Manufacturer

**Soldering & Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Required)** **Pay:** Based on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment. **Key Responsibilities**Soldering - Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together. - Preparation of linear strip lights. - Assembly of linear strip lights. - Assembly of wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings. Production Assembly - Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills. - Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently. **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds **Requirements** - Must be authorized to work in the United States - Ability to successfully pass a background check **Additional Information** This job description outlines the general nature of the role but is not a complete list of all duties.
