The Role At Kitman, you will be a Backend Engineer, someone who solves real customer problems through a smart and efficient application of your technical knowledge and your tools. You'll be part of one of our multidisciplinary product teams, where you will build backend systems and work closely with designers, product managers, and data analysts. Specifically, you'll join our **Performance Medicine team**, where we are building the **next level EMR**. This is software that goes far beyond a traditional electronic medical record to drive decisions that keep high performing athletes healthy and on the field. You will be working on the backend systems that power a unified view of athlete health, injuries, recovery, and availability.
