From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity. ## About the role We are looking for a Software Engineer III that will join our Integrations Team with ownership over our in-app integrations center and external-facing API. You will be a lead engineer focusing on iPaaS platforms—specifically Prismatic—and the development of our customer-facing API. Standardized integrations are a strategic growth area in the company and your work will be visible at the highest levels as you translate complex customer workflows into reliable, well-designed software. You are a senior leader on the team: you will lead technical discovery for our largest features, mentor other engineers, and set the bar for code quality and integration standards. Using your passion for writing clean, scalable code, you will design, build, and harden the integrations that power Limble's connectivity. **How you’ll make an impact** - Architect and design complex integrations using Prismatic in full-code environments - Help drive the full lifecycle of the customer-facing API, including design, scaling, and reliability improvements - Provide senior-level mentorship and set the engineering bar through code reviews, pairing, and integration standards - Balance internal and external requirements when designing technical solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with product, support, and success teams - Select and execute on methods and techniques that result in low-defect, high-performance software that is easy for the team to maintain and extend - Raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and mentorship of L1 and L2 engineers - Participate in technical interviews and hiring decisions - Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in your own and others work, and follow through on the fixes ## Requirements - 6+ years of integration software development experience - Demonstrated track record of leading non-trivial projects from design through delivery - Expertise in iPaaS platforms (Prismatic), Node.js/TypeScript, and API design - Passion for writing excellent code - Attention to detail and quality - Self-starter with a high degree of motivation; ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines - Strong track record of building, optimizing, and scaling integrations - Strong understanding of cloud-based and web technologies - Strong communication and troubleshooting skills - Deep architectural understanding of scalable integrations and software design patterns - Experience mentoring other engineers ## Nice to Have - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code - Experience working within the SaaS industry - PHP/SQL experience - Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, and a rapidly changing environment - Experience working directly with customers or customer-facing teams - Proximity to Charlotte, NC metro area ## **Benefits** - Fully remote position - Flexible PTO - 13 paid company holidays - Paid parental leave - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance - Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k) - Flexible Spending Accounts - Monthly employee wellness stipend - Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement - Pet insurance Limble is an equal opportunity employer.
