Responsibilities Design and build scalable, reliable backend services for the Google Store promotion engine within a micro-services architecture. Develop and optimize trade-in workflows and end-user-facing features to ensure a frictionless purchase journey. Build and maintain comprehensive marketing and operational tools to support promotion management and internal workflows. Design and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions to provide automated, high-quality customer support. Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts to define requirements and deliver impactful shopping experiences.
