We are seeking Full Stack Engineers to help build our critical internal annotation and administrative platforms to enable high-quality data modelling, clinical note annotation and normalization, LLM-based labelling, concept mapping, operational workflows and model evaluation frameworks across the company. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex full stack, i.e., both UX and backend data problems and want to build tools used daily by internal clinical domain and technical experts. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for clinical data annotation and internal tooling platforms. Implement advanced UI interactions such as text highlighting, tagging, categorization, and review workflows. Build backend services that support high-quality data modelling, clinical note annotation and normalization, LLM-based labelling, concept mapping, operational workflows and model evaluation frameworks. Collaborate with ML engineers to translate annotation requirements into scalable solutions for LLM based model development and improve model performance. Optimize UX performance for high-volume data and concurrent users. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotation. Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure that clinical data projects are successfully executed and delivered. Excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot any data analyses. Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on real-world data to address their empirical questions.
