The role focuses on technical execution, platform scalability, and improving the reliability and quality of next-generation creation tools. - Design, build, and improve code-to-design and design-to-code translation pipelines, including AI-powered and agentic workflows. - Develop and integrate LLM-based systems that support code generation, design interpretation, and intelligent product experiences. - Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI-generated code quality, correctness, reliability, and format accuracy. - Build scalable serialization pipelines, internal APIs, and platform utilities that support future product capabilities. - Diagnose and optimize performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and long-running processes impacting system reliability and user experience. - Improve correctness, reconciliation, and fidelity across complex design systems, layouts, and component structures. - Partner with product and engineering teams to define long-term platform strategy and technical direction. - Establish observability practices and monitor key metrics such as latency, success rates, and system quality. - Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practices. - Mentor other engineers and help shape the growth of the technical team through collaboration and knowledge sharing. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong platform engineering skills and a passion for AI-driven product development.
