This recruitment will be used to fill a current vacancy and establish an eligibility list to fill other openings without reposting.** **What's this Job All About?** This supervisory position oversees all social workers assigned to the child welfare program and covers all services components, emergency response, family reunification, family maintenance and permanent plan. The position also provides general oversight of ancillary programs such as Resource Family Approval, Interstate Compact on the Placement Children, Commercially Sexually Exploited Children and the Indian Child Welfare Act. At the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), we work a 37.5 full-time work week, with the option of a flex-schedule. Also, the County is currently exploring remote work options of 1-2 days per week (depending on position) upon completion of probation period.
