Key Responsibilities Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice Requirements Registered with Social Work England Successful completion of ASYE Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults Right to work in the UK Interested in Applying?
