Social Worker - Learning Disabilities

Liquid Personnel is seeking compassionate and experienced Adult Social Workers to join its client's Learning Disabilities team. The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults with learning disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and abilities. Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans. Provide counseling and support to clients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Advocate for clients' rights and access to services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Stay informed about current best practices and developments in the field of learning disabilities. Why Join Us?
