Social Worker - Generic Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Generic team, based in Trafford. What will your responsibilities be? Complete strength‑based assessments for adults under the Care Act 2014, focusing on needs, outcomes and independence. Develop person‑centred support plans and carry out statutory reviews to ensure appropriate care and positive outcomes. Respond to safeguarding enquiries and apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
