As a Family/Adolescent Safeguarding Social Worker, you’ll be a crucial advocate for vulnerable individuals and their families. Collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive assessments that meet specified standards and deadlines. Offer information, support, and guidance to empower families. Organize and manage support packages tailored to individual needs. Liaise with external agencies and make referrals as necessary. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings related to child protection or mental health. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for legal purposes. Provide evidence in court when required. Engage in training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. Salary and Benefits Salary : The annual salary for this role ranges from £33,024 to £43,421, with an additional £7,000 Market Forces Supplement (grade and salary subject to experience).
