Social Worker – Families First Service – Permanent

Working within Southend's Relational, Systemic and Decisive practice model, you'll support children and families through meaningful interventions that create positive and lasting change. Complete assessments, intervention plans and reviews. Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children's work. Build strong relationships with families using a restorative approach. Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support and deliver effective interventions. For This Role You Will Need A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Successful completion of ASYE. Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
