You'll be working with children and young people after care proceedings have concluded, helping to secure stability, permanence and positive outcomes. Build strong relationships with children, carers and families using a restorative approach. Complete assessments, care planning and statutory visits. Prepare reports, care plans and court documentation where required. For This Role You Will Need A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Successful completion of ASYE. Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.
