You'll: Manage a varied and rewarding caseload across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children (LAC) services. Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and interventions that deliver meaningful outcomes. Build trusted relationships with children and families while ensuring their voices remain central to decision-making. Lead safeguarding processes, chair CIN and Core Group meetings, and contribute to court proceedings where required. Work closely with education, health, police, and other key partners to deliver coordinated support. Support and mentor ASYE and student social workers, sharing your expertise and helping others develop. What We're Looking For We're seeking passionate and resilient practitioners who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and families.
