Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Review Team Location: Stockport (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £30 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Adult Review Team, based in Stockport. What will your responsibilities be? Required to complete standard annual reviews in Neighbourhoods, Learning Disability, and Mental Health teams. Focused on Care Act-compliant annual reviews of existing care and support plans. Hybrid working available, with presence required within respective teams as needed. Roles sit within core adult social care teams, aligned to service specialisms. Candidates must be able to work independently and manage review caseloads effectively.
