**Social Work Intern, 2-1-1 (Summer/Fall or Spring/Winter - Unpaid)** **PURPOSE OF POSITION:** To assist individuals seeking services through 2-1-1 in navigating available community resources. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Community Resource Navigation: Receives and responds to incoming 2-1-1 calls, individuals, families, and community organizations seeking assistance. Collects basic data on the caller, provides appropriate referrals to available services, and documents all demographic information, unmet needs, and referrals provided.
