Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Care Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and transformative Adult Social Care team in Kirklees. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality functional assessments, promoting independence, and supporting residents through strengths‑based, outcome‑focused practice. What will your responsibilities be? Carry out Care Act assessments to identify needs and promote independence. Complete assessments and recommendations under Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) legislation. Provide professional guidance on equipment, adaptations, and environmental modifications. Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with statutory requirements.
