## Overview Additional $1.00 per hour for Night Shift Work ## Description **Purpose/Scope:** Position will operate the on-site company store and is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items for facility usage on a daily and weekly basis. **** **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Required to service Store Room window during working hours. - Distribution of required personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees and visitors. - Issues, collects, and inventories knives and scissors for processing usage. - Stores, issues, and receives materials, equipment, and other items for facility usage. - Perform manual and clerical tasks involved in distribution of supplies and materials. - Ensures storeroom items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner. - Ensures inventory data is correct via manual and electronic formats. - Pack and unpacks items to be stocked in storeroom. - Replenishes supplies with overflow stock to ensure storeroom items easy accessibility. - Mark items using identification tags and the correct labeling system. - Issues supplies to employees and documents equipment for deduction. - Issues and collects uniforms according to the uniform program - Ensures storeroom floor is clean and free of debris. - Ensures a safe working storeroom environment. - Launder gloves, sleeves, and other items as needed for facility usage. - Assist in functions of Store Room Receiver as needed. - Assist in functions of Housekeeping as needed. - Performs other duties as assigned. **Skills & knowledge needed for the effective performance of essential job functions:** - Good math skills. - Good computer skills (Word, Excel) - Able to read, write and verbally communicate effectively (English). - Must be able to make sound decisions. **Physical Requirements:** - Sit/Stand duration of shift – all scheduled hours. - Workable use of both hands and able to grasp. - Good eyesight (with or without corrective lens). - Able to perform a repetitive task. - Able to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and stoup. - Able to lift 3 to 75 lbs. in weight. **** **Environmental Conditions:** - Warm or cold environment.
