Key Deliverables The engagement should produce concrete, reusable assets, including: Commercial Lending Lifecycle Blueprint — an end-to-end map of origination, fulfillment, closing, servicing, and portfolio workflows with personas, systems, handoffs, data dependencies, and breakdown points. Origination & Fulfillment Workflow Pack — detailed maps for intake, qualification, document collection, spreading, underwriting support, credit-memo preparation, approval, conditions, closing, funding, and boarding. Persona & Jobs-to-Be-Done Map — responsibilities, pain points, artifacts, decisions, handoffs, systems, and success metrics for each persona. Document & Data Requirement Matrix — required documents, data fields, source systems, and evidence standards by deal type and workflow stage. Credit Package / CAM Reference Model — a recommended structure for credit-package outputs: borrower overview, sponsor / guarantor analysis, collateral, financial analysis, risk-rating support, exceptions, conditions, covenants, approvals, and evidence links. Policy, Exception & Approval Logic Guide — how lender policy, authority matrices, exceptions, overrides, and approvals should be represented in workflows and AI outputs. Conditions & Covenants Playbook — how conditions and covenants are generated, assigned, tracked, escalated, cleared, monitored, and surfaced across origination, closing, servicing, and portfolio. Golden Deal Library & Validation Rubric — representative scenarios and expected outputs for evaluating AI performance, SME review, regression testing, and release readiness.
