Please do not apply here, apply internally through Workday.** **If you are NOT a current employee, please click “Apply” and complete job application.** **Job Description** **PURPOSE OF THE JOB** Assist the TSM with Merchandiser coverage in two locations, lead, support, and monitor 10 to 15 Merchandisers. **RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES** - Stocking product to shelves and displays, ensure proper rotation. - Perform route rides and identify training/development needs. - Communicate with store managers. - Complete store surveys to confirm shelves, coolers, displays are built and maintained. - Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete. - Other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** - High school diploma or GED. - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Detail oriented. - Good math skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to adapt to constantly changing environments and solve problems. - Good interpersonal skills. - Good driving habits. - Ability to work without direct supervision. - Valid driver’s license. - Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications. - Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. - Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently. - Willing to travel during each shift back and forth to accounts. **ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS** **Mental Functions** Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness. **Physical Functions** Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk, stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 85 pounds. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit. **EQUIPMENT USED** Vehicle, iPad, phone, calculator, and pallet jack. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** Indirectly supervise 10 to 15 Merchandisers. **LANGUAGE SKILLS** Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
