POSITION OVERVIEW Skilled Machine Operators operate extrusion and/or wire drawing equipment used to manufacture small pair count Datacom telephone and computer interconnect cable and wire. Responsible for setting up and operating equipment according to product specifications, checking samples while maintaining safety and quality at all times. Hours are 6pm to 6am. Starting pay is $23.68 - $24.77 per hour plus $1 per hour night shift premium. Education Requirements � High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum Experience Required � One year solid work experience License(s) and/or Certification(s) Required � n/a Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required � Ability to perform mathematical calculations � Understands and follows written and verbal instructions Computer Equipment and Software Requirements � Inputs information into computer Preferences � Previous manufacturing experience
