This is a **temporary position (approximately 6 months)** located on site in **Hardin County, OH.** **DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES*The successful candidate will:*** - Provide manual labor. May include lifting (up to 100 pounds) or other construction related tasks. - Provide safe and productive operation of hand and motorized tools. - Provide safe and productive operation of heavy civil construction equipment including skid steers, drum compactors, wheel loaders, off road dump trucks, and other applicable equipment. - Utilize safe working practices and perform assigned work in a safe manner meeting client, company, and regulatory standards. Be required to work different shifts. **SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*Minimum Skills and Requirements:*** - Have knowledge of safety practices and procedures in operating heavy equipment. - Have the ability to utilize operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications in operating specialized equipment. - Have the ability to prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must have a positive attitude and be a great teammate. - DOT physical required. **About Haley & Aldrich** Haley & Aldrich is committed to solving our clients’ most meaningful challenges in the built and natural environments.
