We're looking for an experienced Skilled Carpenter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a company where quality always comes first. ## **What You'll Do** As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to help deliver exceptional remodeling and custom home projects. Your responsibilities include: - Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and residential remodeling projects - Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials - Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans - Safely operate hand and power tools - Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites - Stage materials and prepare work areas for upcoming phases of construction - Communicate potential field issues before they become larger problems - Work collaboratively with teammates to keep projects moving efficiently ## **What We're Looking For** - 3+ years of residential carpentry experience - Experience with rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both - Ability to read construction drawings and plans - Skilled in using common carpentry hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working on custom homes or residential remodeling projects - Broad understanding of residential construction methods - Interest in growing into future Lead Carpenter or field leadership roles ## **What Success Looks Like** In this role, you'll: - Produce high-quality craftsmanship on every project - Help keep projects on schedule through dependable performance - Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites - Build strong working relationships with teammates and homeowners - Continue developing your skills while contributing to successful project outcomes ## **Why Join Lakeside?** - Competitive pay of **$25-$30 per hour**, based on experience - 401(k) with company match - Paid Time Off - Stable, year-round residential construction work - Opportunities to grow into Lead Carpenter and other leadership roles - A supportive team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and accountability ## **How to Apply** If you're ready to build quality homes while growing your career with a company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
