We foster an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters. **A day in the life:** The Site Manager primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. ## What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member - Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects - Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met - Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance - Review employee performance - Ability to execute constructive discipline process - Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines - Other projects as assigned - Report payroll - Maintain all compliance and safety regulations - Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders ## What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member - Minimum of Five (3) years managing janitorial operation - Flexibility with hours and schedule - Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite ## The Harvard Promise Compensation: $55,000.00 Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
