Site Electrical Manager – PV Field

### **Department** Construction ### **Based At** Saudi Arabia ## **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - Oversee the construction activities related to: - Underground LV/MV cable laying - Cable terminations - Equipment installations, including Inverters, IDTs, Panels, and SMBs - Assist with testing and commissioning - Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors. - Maintain project schedules, KPIs, productivity norms, and related metrics. - Ensure strict HSE compliance. - Ensure QA/QC compliance. - Responsible for rate analysis, costing, cost control, and materials reconciliation. - Mobilize resources based on project requirements. - Maintain close coordination with the Project Company. - Coordinate with vendors for project materials. - Administer site resources. ## **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** - Technical knowledge of Solar PV electrical works. - Conversant with international codes and standards. - Project management. - Direct execution experience. - Strong communication skills. - HSE awareness and knowledge. - QA/QC awareness and knowledge. ## **Education & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. - Minimum of **13 years** of experience. - At least **3 years** of experience in **Solar PV projects of 200 MW or larger**. - Overseas experience is desirable. ## **Age** **34-40 years**.
