We have two availabilities, one at our Loudon Elementary location and one at our Branch location in concord. As a Site Director, you will oversee daily program operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and New Hampshire state licensing requirements. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a dynamic, youth-focused environment. This is a full-time position located at Loudon Elementary/ Concord YMCA Branch Shifts: 7AM-9AM 2:30PM -6PM + 2 Hours of Planning/ELC Coverage, (8Hours shifts during Vacation Weeks) Why Join Us?
